Personal information we process

Depending on your interaction with Vallarta Extended Stays, we may process:

• name;
• email address;
• estimated stay length;
• needs, preferences or requirements voluntarily provided;
• property or service related to the inquiry;
• language used for the inquiry;
• date and time associated with the request; and
• limited technical information required to protect the inquiry form against abuse.

The public Website form is not designed to request sensitive personal data. Please avoid providing sensitive information through free-text fields unless strictly necessary.

Primary purposes

We may use personal information to:

• receive and respond to inquiries;
• check and communicate availability;
• provide information about properties and services;
• answer questions regarding stays;
• follow up regarding a potential stay, reservation or lease;
• communicate regarding the request submitted;
• identify the property or service associated with an inquiry;
• maintain the security and availability of the inquiry form; and
• prevent automated, excessive or abusive submissions.

Secondary marketing purposes

Vallarta Extended Stays may use contact information to inform you about other Vallarta Extended Stays properties that may fit your needs, particularly when the property originally requested is unavailable.

We may also provide information regarding new properties or accommodation alternatives offered by Vallarta Extended Stays.

These secondary purposes are not necessary to respond to the original inquiry.

You may request at any time that your information no longer be used for these communications by contacting:

Security and abuse prevention

To protect the inquiry form from automated or abusive submissions, the Website uses a rate-limiting mechanism.

The IP address associated with a request may be processed through a SHA-256 cryptographic function to generate a temporary identifier used for this security mechanism.

The current limit is 5 attempts within a 10-minute period.

The identifier derived from the IP address is not included in the inquiry email.

Technology providers

Vallarta Extended Stays uses technology providers to operate the Website and process inquiries, including:

• Railway — Website hosting and runtime infrastructure.
• Upstash — used for rate limiting through a cryptographically derived identifier associated with the request IP.
• Resend — used to process and deliver Website inquiries by email.

When a valid inquiry is submitted, Resend may process information including name, email address, estimated stay length, stated requirements, inquiry context, language and date/time.

The visitor's email address may be configured as the Reply-To address so Vallarta Extended Stays can respond directly.

Some technology providers may process information using infrastructure located outside Mexico, subject to their respective terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Vallarta Extended Stays does not sell users' personal information.

Retention

The Website does not currently maintain its own database for the permanent storage of inquiry-form content.

Valid inquiries are transmitted using Vallarta Extended Stays's email delivery provider.

Information subsequently retained will be kept only for the period reasonably necessary to respond to the request, manage the relevant relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations.

ARCO rights

Under applicable Mexican data-protection law, you may exercise rights of:

• Access — to learn what personal information is processed.
• Rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Cancellation — to request cancellation of personal information where legally applicable.
• Objection — to object to certain processing, including secondary marketing purposes where applicable.

The request should contain sufficient information to identify you and understand the right being exercised. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect your personal information from unauthorized third-party requests.

Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable legal procedures and timeframes.

Limitation and withdrawal

You may also request limitations on the use or disclosure of your information or, where legally applicable, withdraw consent by contacting the same email address.

Withdrawal will not have retroactive effect and will not prevent processing that must continue under a legal obligation or another lawful basis.

Cookies and tracking

When the Google Ads pilot is enabled, Cookiebot requests marketing consent before loading Google Ads advertising and measurement technologies. Vallarta Extended Stays does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.

Changes to this Notice

Vallarta Extended Stays may update this Privacy Notice to reflect legal developments, Website changes, new technology providers or changes in our data-processing practices.

The current version will remain available through the Website's Privacy section.

Language notice

This English version is provided for the convenience of international users. In the event of an inconsistency in interpretation, the Spanish version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
