Vallarta Extended Stays was founded in 2021 with a simple idea: to create residences where living for months at a time could feel as comfortable and peaceful as being at home.

It all started with one property, one renovation, and the belief that a thoughtfully prepared space could offer much more than accommodation. That first experience taught us something that continues to shape every decision we make: when someone is going to live somewhere for weeks or months, the small details are no longer small.

A truly equipped kitchen, reliable internet, air conditioning, laundry facilities, comfortable spaces to work or relax, and dependable maintenance can completely change the experience of an extended stay.

Over time, that first property grew into a collection of residences prepared around the same philosophy.

Properties we truly know

There is something important that sets Vallarta Extended Stays apart: we do not manage properties for third-party owners.

The residences we offer are part of our own portfolio. We are directly involved in selecting, renovating, equipping, and maintaining them, which means we know each property beyond what photographs can show.

We know how it works, what it needs, and which details can make it more comfortable for someone who will temporarily call it home.

That is why we look for properties with strong locations, functional spaces, and the potential to offer something distinctive. We then prepare them by thinking not only about how they look, but about what it is actually like to live in them every day.

Vallarta Extended Stays is especially designed for people looking for long-term stays who want to avoid the complications of starting from scratch every time they arrive in a new city.

Our residences are furnished and equipped so you can settle in and continue with your life.

Some feature private rooftops, while others offer spacious terraces, gardens, pools, or condominium amenities. Others stand out because of their location, practicality, or the convenience of having everyday essentials nearby.

We do not expect every residence to be the same.

We want each one to have a clear reason to choose it, while all of them share the same standard of comfort, functionality, and care.

For us, service does not end when we hand over the keys.

We know that unexpected situations can arise during a long-term stay. That is why we maintain a direct relationship with our residents and have our own cleaning and maintenance resources to respond when something needs attention.

Our approach is simple: listen, respond, and find a solution.

We want our residents to have the peace of mind that comes from knowing there are people behind the property who know it well and will be available when they are genuinely needed.

A collection that grows with care

Vallarta Extended Stays continues to grow, but our goal is not to have the largest possible number of properties.

We are building a carefully selected collection of our own residences in Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas, while preserving the level of attention and control that has defined Vallarta Extended Stays from the beginning.

Every new property should add something meaningful to the collection and meet the same principles: a strong location, comfort, functionality, and the potential to become a true temporary home.
